Practice being fully present. Put the phone away, and don’t keep the phone screen facing up while sharing time with friends.

Even if we don’t touch our phones, those little notifications can be so distracting, and they can drop the energy and engagement with others.

Savor the time we have with friends. It’s so rare to have those moments when we can be together.
